Zerbach & Company, founded in 2014, is an independent corporate finance advisory firm, located on Maarhausen manor in Cologne. The firm advises family-owned companies, family offices, private equity investors and start-ups on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, company succession and changes in shareholder structure. Furthermore, they also provide corporate finance advisory and valuation services.
The managing partners have been working together successfully as a team for more than ten years, including in the M&A advisory unit of DZ BANK Group (the central bank of the German cooperative banking sector), and combine more than five decades of corporate finance experience, both domestic and cross-border. Since 2014, the transaction volume of their closed deals has ranged from EUR 10m to 175m.
