The firm combines in-depth knowledge of Asian legal systems with a Western understanding of the way of doing business, drawing from more than twenty years of legal expertise on the ground in China, Singapore, and Thailand.
The firm focuses on company formation, M&A, intellectual property, commercial contracts (distribution, franchise, SPA, NDA, etc.), employment law and business immigration in the Asia-Pacific region. They act as designated external counsel for the Asian operations of various large European and North American family-owned businesses.
