GGI Welcomes Kojima Law Offices

GGI | Geneva Group International welcomes Kojima Law Offices, located in Tokyo, Japan.

Kojima Law Offices was founded in 1984 by Hideki Kojima. The firm was established during a time when few Japanese firms focused on serving an international clientele. Over the past 34 years, the firm has developed a thriving corporate law practice, specifically in the areas of international transactions, FDI, mergers and acquisitions, conflict resolution, intellectual property and other corporate matters. In addition, they have extensive experience handling employment law cases in Japan’s decidedly pro-labour legal environment. High net-worth individuals also rely on them for their international inheritance and estate planning needs.

The firm is committed to uncompromising service and legal excellence for their international clients. Many of their attorneys have studied law outside of Japan, and are licensed in jurisdictions such as New York and California. In addition, the firm employs several North American attorneys who are collectively licensed in New York, Washington, DC, and Hawaii. This demonstrated the commitment to an international law practice allowing them to provide the most seamless service to their clients.

The multidisciplinary, multilingual staff of 42 serves clients in both Japanese and English. Seven partners oversee Kojima Law Offices and offer services including Dispute Resolution, Employment & Labour Law, Joint Ventures and Corporate Alliances, General Corporate, Special Business Laws and Regulatory Compliance, International Inheritance And Estate Planning.
